We have over 100+ years of knowledge and application of solid-state cooling, thermoelectric devices and structures, and thermal management.
Our formidable IP portfolio includes over 25 granted patents in Thermoelectric and related technologies.
In addition, the company’s expertise extends to optimal material compositions, fabrication methods, quantum thermoelectric device designs, circuit designs, architecture, and volume manufacturing.
Our state-of-the-art facilities in Austin, Texas can fabricate advanced thermoelectric modules – from conventional bulk-technology devices to [soon] thin-film coolers and energy harvesters. We can also do assembly of chips and engines, and TEC integration in systems of all types.

Tejas Vakil – CEO
Technology Executive with 40+ years of experience in General Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing at global companies such as Dell Inc., Compaq (now HP), Bertelsmann (arvato). Serial Entrepreneur with six technology startups, early-stage companies with successful exits; SAAS FinTech, Blockchain, RFID. Global Experience – EMEA Vice President, Dell; managed teams in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Investor and Advisory/Board member for various real estate, energy, technology, venture capital and private equity investment firms.
Chris Munson – CFO
Chris Munson has been CEO or CFO of numerous companies, from startups to businesses doing $50 million in revenue. He started his first company at age 21 after graduating from the University of Texas. Chris was named Austin Young Entrepreneur of the year in 1989.
Brandon Noska – Director, Sales and Applications Engineering
Brandon Noska has over 20 years of experience in successfully bringing new technologies and products to market for the thermal management, lighting, electronics, energy, and aerospace industries. He has held leadership and executive positions at Nanocoolers, Augmentix, Nuventix, Bridgelux, and Kaspar Ranch Hand.
Key Kolle – Director, Operations
Key Kolle has 25+ years of experience in silicon process technologies at Cirrus Logic, Silicon Labs, and Vitesse Semiconductor.
Mike Koelzer – Director, Manufacturing
Mike has 30+ years of experience in subcontract manufacturing bringing products from prototype to high volume. His experience covers a wide range of products from commercial/Industrial to Military and space level.
Ian Defilippi – Director, Product Management
Ian has 19 years of experience across various industries and developed a profound expertise in managing product development teams and project execution. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a degree in computer engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
